Lead Sharing

I've been getting a lot of PHP and WordPress development requests that I can't tackle. Sometimes I get 5+ leads/week, I'd like to have a group of people I can refer these leads to, instead of letting them fall to the wayside. I'd like to collect a 15-20% referral fee.
